Dr. Wolfgang Peter
Honorary President
Dr. Peter is a Swiss world-renowned arbitrator and led the efforts in unifying the arbitration centres in Switzerland to create the Swiss Arbitration Association and Swiss Arbitration Centre, and is active in leading arbitration institutions such as the LCIA, ASA, and the Geneva Arbitration Association.
Professor Dr. Zu'bi Al-Zu'bi

Dr. Al-Zu’bi is the former Dean of the Business School of the University of Jordan and the former President Pro Vice Chancellor for Development and International Relations advising the President of the University of Jordan. He currently as the President’s Advisor for Investment at the University of Jordan.
Sean Yates
Advisorate Member
Mr. Yates is a Fellow of the Certified Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb) and member of the UAE CIArb Branch Committee. He is registered as an arbitrator with the DIAC and the TIAC (Tashkent International Arbitration Centre), and regularly supports capacity building initiatices such as moot competitions.
Moneer Khalaf
Advisorate Member
Mr. Khalaf is a is a highly experienced claims specialist with over 30 years of experience and has served as arbitrator and mediator, and has been appointed as as delay, quantum, and project expert in proceedings under ICC, UNCITRAL, and other rules. Mr. Khalaf is often involved in arbitration proceedings in Jordan.
Mahmoud Abuwasel
Advisorate Member
Mr. Abuwasel is a Harvard graduate and solicitor of the Supreme Court of Victoria. He is a Qualified Arbitrator in Canada, and is registered with the DIFC Courts. Mahmoud has acted as counsel on numerous arbitration proceedings and sits as Vice-President of The Hague Institute for Global Justice in the Netherlands.
